The Naturology practice is based in Howick in town which is easily accessible to the general public. We also offer at home treatment for those clients unable to make it to the practice.

The practice treats all members of the community from sports injury patients, geriatric and paediatric patients. As primary healthcare practitioners, our aim is to provide quality holistic treatment in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and general disease and also optimise our patients’ health by giving dietary and lifestyle advice

Our Approach

Naturology is a multidisciplinary approach that diagnoses, treats and aids in the prevention of disease. Naturology offers manual therapy in the form of joint mobilisations, holistic massage, heat and cryotherapy, Acuppressure, stress management and rehabilitative exercise protocols and nutritional advice. The Naturologist is also trained in Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Flower Remedies, Counselling and Psychotherapy as well.

The mission of Howick Physical Therapy is to provide a quality natural health service to clients from Howick and the surrounding suburbs and rural areas by offering professional, accessible, affordable quality Naturology treatment to people of all ages and backgrounds with emphasis on using a system that values a patient centered approach to healthcare. Each patient will receive treatment that is individually tailored to fit their specific needs, and this will include nutritional advice, ergonomic advice and rehabilitative exercise programs.
